This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Elevated non thunderstorm wind risk.
Elevated fire weather risk.

DISCUSSION...

Windy conditions will continue through the remainder of the
afternoon before diminishing tonight. West to southwest winds
gusting to 40 to 50 mph are expected with briefly higher gusts.
An elevated fire danger is also expected late this afternoon
where drying grasses and brush are exposed to the strong winds.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
