This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Elevated fire weather risk.

DISCUSSION...

Elevated fire weather conditions are possible through this
afternoon along and west of the Interstate 49 corridor as
winds become gusty out of the south and afternoon humidities
fall into the 30-40 percent range. Fires in these conditions
will have the ability to quickly grow and spread.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

There will be a slight chance for thunderstorms this weekend
as a storm system moves through the outlook area.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
