This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Elevated lightning risk.
Limited non thunderstorm wind risk.

DISCUSSION...

Showers and thunderstorms will remain possible across portions of
south central Missouri into the late morning hours before
spreading off to the east by mid day. Occasional cloud to ground
lightning strikes will be the main risk with these storms.

Northerly wind gusts up to around 35 mph will occur at times
this morning into early this evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Shower and thunderstorm chances will return to the region by
Wednesday and Thursday of next week.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
