...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING
TO NOON CST TUESDAY...
...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 3 PM CST THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. The cold wind chills
will cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes to exposed
skin. Expect wind chills to range from 10 above zero to 20
below zero.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Missouri.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, at 3 PM CST this
afternoon. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 6 PM this evening
to noon CST Tuesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light snow may linger through the late
afternoon hours across south central Missouri. A trace to
additional half inch of snow will remain possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to create low wind chills. Frost bite and hypothermia can
occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.
