This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Excessive cold risk.

DISCUSSION...

Wind chill values of around zero will occur in many areas early
this morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

The potential for thunderstorms will return late Sunday and Sunday
night with strong low pressure expected to move into the Midwest
from the Plains. There is a risk for isolated severe storms if
enough moisture and instability can move northward ahead of the
system. Most current forecast guidance indicates that only
marginal instability will be present but trends will continue to
be monitored.
