This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Elevated Excessive cold risk.
Limited Non thunderstorm wind risk.
Limited Snow risk.


Light to moderate snow will continue into the mid afternoon
hours across far southern Missouri. Up to an additional inch of
snow will be possible there.

Winds will be gusty this afternoon with some gusts over 30 mph
possible. This will cause some blowing and drifting of snow.

Dangerously cold wind chills are expected tonight. Temperatures
will dip to around zero to 3 below zero tonight, with wind
chills of ten to 20 degrees below zero. A wind chill advisory is
in effect for the entire area from this evening through Tuesday

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Wind chill values values of minus 10 to minus 20 will linger
into Tuesday morning, with wind chills of zero to minus 10
occurring Tuesday afternoon into Wednesday morning.


Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
