This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Southwest wind gusts up to 30 mph are expected Sunday across
portions of western Missouri and extreme southeastern Kansas.

A cold front will push from west to east across the area Sunday
evening and night. A line of showers and storms will likely
develop along the front and spread east across the area east
across the area. Enough shear and instability are expected to
develop producing the potential for a few strong to severe
storms, with damaging straight winds the main risk Sunday
evening into the early overnight hours.

Wind gusts over 30 mph will occur across the area on Monday.


Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
