This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Gusty south to southwest winds will occur with mild temperatures
on Thursday. Wind gusts of 25 to 35 mph are expected with the
strongest winds over southeast Kansas into the western Ozark
Highlands. This will increase the fire danger with the potential
for fast spreading natural cover fires in grass and brush.

Gusty winds will continue Friday.

Strong south to southwest winds and an elevated fire danger are
expected again Tuesday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
