This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Hail risk.
Limited Thunderstorm wind damage risk.
Elevated Lightning risk.
Limited Non thunderstorm wind risk.


A few strong to potentially severe storms may develop across
south central Missouri and the eastern Ozarks later this
afternoon into early this evening generally along and east of a
Gainesville to Rolla line. If severe storms materialize, large
hail to size of half dollars and damaging wind gusts to 60 mph
will be possible. At this time the 3 pm to 10 pm time frame is
the best window for the potential of severe weather. Most
locations will not see storms.

Southerly wind gusts around 30 mph are expected into early this
afternoon across southern Missouri ahead of the cold front.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.


Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
