This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Lightning risk.

DISCUSSION...

Thunderstorms will move into extreme southwest Missouri and
southeast Kansas late tonight. Lightning will be the main threat.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Periodic showers and thunderstorms will occur through the
upcoming week. The best chances will be Tuesday morning and again
late on Wednesday. No severe weather is expected at this time.
However, locally heavy rainfall will be possible.

Heat index values may warm into the middle and upper 90s for
locations along and west of the Interstate 49 corridor on
Wednesday, with mainly lower to middle 90s the remainder of the
week.
