This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Lightning risk.

An isolated thunderstorm will be possible, mainly across
southern Missouri from late this afternoon into early this
evening. No severe weather is expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Daily shower and thunderstorms chances will be present across
the region through next week. The best chances for rain will
reside closer to the Arkansas and Oklahoma borders.

A pattern change is expected this week, which will cause
afternoon high temperatures to be more typical for August. With
temperatures warming back to seasonal levels, heat index values
may warm into the middle and upper 90s for locations along and
west of the Interstate 49 corridor.

Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
