This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Lightning risk.


An isolated thunderstorm will be possible across portions of
southeastern Kansas and western Missouri this afternoon and
evening, but most locations will remain dry. Scattered
thunderstorms are then be possible late tonight across extreme
southeastern Kansas and western Missouri. The main potential
hazard will be cloud to ground lightning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Thunderstorms will be possible at times from Thursday
through next Tuesday. Some locally heavy rainfall will be
possible across extreme southeastern Kansas and far
southwestern Missouri. The heaviest rainfall during this
time period is expected just to the south and west of the
outlook area across northeastern Oklahoma.


Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
