This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Lightning risk.
Limited Excessive heat risk.

DISCUSSION...

Heat indices from the middle 90s to around 100 degrees will
continue into early this evening.

An isolated thunderstorm will be possible over the far eastern
Ozarks through the evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

An extended hot spell can be expected the remainder of the week
into the weekend. High temperatures will climb into the middle
and upper 90s while heat index values between 98 and 107 degrees
will be common.

There will be some chances for thunderstorms from Sunday into
early next work week.

Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
