...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* TIMING...Very windy conditions will continue to impact
southeastern Kansas and southwestern Missouri into this evening.
The highest wind gusts will occur through this afternoon.

* WINDS...Sustained northwesterly winds of 25 to 35 mph can be
expected with gusts up to 45 mph.

* IMPACTS...Winds this strong can make driving difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that winds of 30 mph or gusts to 45 mph are
expected. Steps should be taken to secure any lawn furniture or
light weight objects.
