This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Flooding risk.


Residual flooding will persist through tonight across
southern Missouri and extreme southeastern Kansas along some
streams, low water crossings and main stem rivers.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Active weather will return during the middle and later part of
the week with additional thunderstorms expected. There is a
limited to elevated risk for strong to severe storms Tuesday
night across western Missouri and southeastern Kansas and
then a limited risk for strong to severe storms Wednesday
morning across the eastern Missouri Ozarks. There will also be
a limited risk for flooding from later Tuesday night into

Multiple rounds of thunderstorms will then be possible from
late this week into next weekend. The potential for flooding
will therefore continue. There may also be a risk for strong
to severe storms late this week and next weekend. Details
regarding these potential hazards will become clearer
throughout the week.


Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
