OZARKS AND EXTREME SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

GUSTY SOUTHERLY TO SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS WILL DEVELOP ON
WEDNESDAY...ESPECIALLY IN AREAS WEST OF HIGHWAY 65 WHERE WINDS
WILL GUST OVER 30 MPH. THESE WINDS COMBINED WITH LOW HUMIDITY
WILL RESULT IN ELEVATED TO SIGNIFICANT FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS.
FIRES IN THESE CONDITIONS WILL HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO QUICKLY
GROW AND SPREAD.

IN ADDITION...THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE LATE THIS WEEKEND
AND EARLY NEXT WEEK.
