PATCHY FOG IS FORECAST TO DEVELOP TONIGHT AND EARLY TUESDAY
MORNING...ESPECIALLY ACROSS SOUTHERN MISSOURI AND EXTREME
SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS. REDUCED VISIBILITIES TO A MILE OR LESS
ARE POSSIBLE...WHICH MAY INCLUDE THE MORNING COMMUTE.
