DISCUSSION...

AREAL FLOODING AND SIGNIFICANT RIVER FLOODING WILL CONTINUE
TODAY AND TONIGHT WITH SEVERAL RIVERS REMAINING IN THE MODERATE
TO MAJOR FLOOD STAGE.

ROADS REMAIN WET FROM THE RECENT HEAVY RAINS. WITH TEMPERATURES
IN THE 20S TO START THE DAY TODAY...ANY STANDING WATER MAY
FREEZE ACROSS MUCH OF THE OUTLOOK AREA ESPECIALLY ON BRIDGES...
OVERPASSES AND LOW LYING AREAS.

A FAST MOVING DISTURBANCE WILL PRODUCE LIGHT SNOW OR FLURRIES
ACROSS THE AREA TONIGHT. A LIGHT DUSTING OF ACCUMULATION IS
POSSIBLE. MINOR IMPACTS ON BRIDGES...OVERPASSES AND ELEVATED
SURFACES ARE POSSIBLE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

AREA CREEKS...STREAMS...RIVERS...AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS WILL
LIKELY REMAIN FLOODED THROUGH MOST OF THE WEEK AS FLOOD WATERS
SLOWLY RECEDE.
