THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF THE MISSOURI
OZARKS AND EXTREME SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED...

LIMITED FLOODING RISK.
SIGNIFICANT LIGHTNING RISK.

DISCUSSION...

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE INTO TONIGHT ACROSS THE
MISSOURI OZARKS AND SOUTHEAST KANSAS WITH THE HEAVIEST RAIN
EXPECTED ACROSS LOCATIONS ALONG AND SOUTH OF THE INTERSTATE 44
CORRIDOR. ONE TO THREE INCHES OF RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE
THERE...WHERE LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING WILL BE POSSIBLE.

SEVERE STORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED...BUT THE STRONGER STORMS MAY BE
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WIND GUSTS OF 30 TO 40 MPH.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE ON WEDNESDAY AS A COLD FRONT
MOVES SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE REMAINDER OF THE MISSOURI OZARKS.
FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE THE PRIMARY
POTENTIAL HAZARDS.

A FEW THUNDERSTORMS WILL THEN BE POSSIBLE ON FRIDAY AS ANOTHER
COLD FRONT MOVES SOUTHEAST THROUGH THE OUTLOOK AREA.
