.AREAS OF DENSE FOG ARE EXPANDING ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE MISSOURI
OZARKS THIS MORNING. WHERE SKIES CLEARED NORTHWEST OF AN AREA OF
SHOWERS ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI ARE MOST PRONE TO OBSERVING
THIS FOG DEVELOPMENT. THIS INCLUDES AREAS IN AND AROUND
SPRINGFIELD...BRANSON...BOLIVAR...THE LAKE OF THE OZARKS...
MARSHFIELD AND LEBANON. FOG WILL GRADUALLY DISSIPATE ACROSS THE
REGION AS WE HEAD TOWARD MIDDAY. MOTORISTS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR
RAPID CHANGES IN VISIBILITY WITH ADDITIONAL CHALLENGES DUE TO SUN

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SPRINGFIELD HAS ISSUED A DENSE
FOG ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CDT TODAY.

* VISIBILITY...VISIBILITY OF ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS CAN BE
EXPECTED THIS MORNING. VISIBILITY WILL GRADUALLY IMPROVE TOWARD
MIDDAY AS THE FOG DISSIPATES.

* IMPACTS...EXPECT AREAS OF FOG REDUCING VISIBILITY TO LESS THAN
ONE QUARTER MILE. AS FOG BEGINS TO DISSIPATE...THERE WILL BE
RAPID CHANGES IN VISIBILITY OVER SHORT DISTANCES. IN ADDITION...
SUN GLARE WILL ADD TO VISIBILITY RESTRICTIONS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
