WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED...

LIMITED LIGHTNING RISK.
ELEVATED EXCESSIVE HEAT RISK.

DISCUSSION...

A COUPLE OF VERY ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE THIS
AFTERNOON ACROSS CENTRAL MISSOURI AND THE EASTERN
OZARKS...THOUGH MOST LOCATIONS WILL REMAIN DRY. SOMEWHAT BETTER
CHANCES FOR THUNDERSTORMS WILL THEN DEVELOP LATE TONIGHT AND
EARLY FRIDAY MORNING ALONG AND NORTH OF INTERSTATE 44.

AFTERNOON HEAT INDEX VALUES WILL RANGE BETWEEN 95 AND 101
DEGREES.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE NORTH OF
INTERSTATE 44 ON FRIDAY MORNING.

THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE SUNDAY THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF
NEXT WEEK. SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

AFTERNOON HEAT INDICES WILL RANGE FROM THE UPPER 90S TO AROUND
105 FROM FRIDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.
