OZARKS AND EXTREME SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED...

ELEVATED HAIL RISK.
ELEVATED THUNDERSTORM WIND DAMAGE RISK.
LIMITED FLOODING RISK.
ELEVATED LIGHTNING RISK.

DISCUSSION...

A COMPLEX OF THUNDERSTORMS HAS DEVELOP OVER NEBRASKA AND KANSAS
AND WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE INTO PARTS OF SOUTHEAST KANSAS AND WEST
CENTRAL AND CENTRAL MISSOURI AFTER MIDNIGHT. DAMAGING WINDS AND ONE INCH
HAIL WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS. HEAVY RAINFALL WILL OCCUR
WHERE HEAVY RAIN PERSISTS DUE TO STORM TRAINING WITH THE BEST
CHANCES OVER NORTHERN PORTIONS OF THE OUTLOOK AREA.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

PERIODIC THUNDERSTORM CHANCES ARE EXPECTED FROM FRIDAY INTO EARLY
NEXT WEEK. THE BEST CHANCES FOR STORMS FRIDAY THROUGH THE WEEKEND
WILL BE ACROSS CENTRAL MISSOURI AND THE EASTERN OZARKS.
THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WILL INCREASE AREA WIDE SUNDAY NIGHT AND
MONDAY AS A COLD FRONT MOVES INTO THE REGION.
