THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF THE MISSOURI
OZARKS AND EXTREME SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED...

ELEVATED HAIL RISK.
ELEVATED THUNDERSTORM WIND DAMAGE RISK.
LIMITED FLOODING RISK.
ELEVATED LIGHTNING RISK.

DISCUSSION...

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON AND THIS
EVENING. SMALL HAIL...GUSTY WINDS BETWEEN 40 AND 50 MPH...AND
FREQUENT LIGHTNING CAN BE EXPECTED WITH ANY THUNDERSTORMS.

A COMPLEX OF THUNDERSTORMS IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER NEBRASKA
AND KANSAS AND MOVE INTO PARTS OF SOUTHEAST KANSAS AND WEST
CENTRAL AND CENTRAL MISSOURI AFTER 4 AM. DAMAGING WINDS AND ONE
INCH HAIL WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS. HEAVY RAINFALL WILL
OCCUR WHERE HEAVY RAIN PERSISTS DUE TO STORM TRAINING WITH THE BEST
CHANCES OVER NORTHERN PORTIONS OF THE OUTLOOK AREA.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

PERIODIC THUNDERSTORM CHANCES ARE EXPECTED FROM FRIDAY INTO EARLY
NEXT WEEK. THE BEST CHANCES FOR STORMS FRIDAY THROUGH THE WEEKEND
WILL BE ACROSS CENTRAL MISSOURI AND THE EASTERN OZARKS.
THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WILL INCREASE AREA WIDE SUNDAY NIGHT AND
MONDAY AS A COLD FRONT MOVES INTO THE REGION.
