WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED...

LIMITED HAIL RISK.
LIMITED THUNDERSTORM WIND DAMAGE RISK.
LIMITED FLOODING RISK.
LIMITED LIGHTNING RISK.


DISCUSSION...

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE THROUGH THE MID
EVENING HOURS ACROSS SOUTHERN MISSOURI...MAINLY SOUTH OF U.S.
60. CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING...WIND GUSTS OF 35 TO 45 MPH AND
SMALL HAIL WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGER STORMS.

EARLIER HEAVY RAINFALL OVER SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI LED TO SOME
MINOR FLOODING. RESIDUAL RUNOFF MAY CONTINUE THERE THROUGH THE
LATE EVENING HOURS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER PARTS OF THE AREA
SATURDAY MORNING.

THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WILL INCREASE AREA WIDE LATE SUNDAY NIGHT
AND MONDAY AS A COLD FRONT MOVES INTO THE REGION. A FEW STRONG
TO SEVERE STORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE.

PERIODIC LIMITED THUNDERSTORM CHANCES ARE EXPECTED FROM MONDAY
THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF NEXT WEEK.

HEAT INDEX VALUES WILL REACH INTO THE MID 90S OVER THE UPCOMING
WEEKEND FOR PARTS OF SOUTHEAST KANSAS AND WESTERN MISSOURI.
