Discussion from the National Weather Service.  Waiting for activity to develop.  327pm

.THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP IN THE 3pm to 4pm
   TIME FRAME ACROSS FAR SOUTHEAST KANSAS AND SOUTHWEST MISSOURI AND
   MOVE GENERALLY EAST ACROSS SOUTHERN/CENTRAL MISSOURI THROUGH EARLY
   EVENING. LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS WILL BE THE PRIMARY
   THREAT...WITH A RISK OF A TORNADO OR TWO OVER SOUTHWEST MISSOURI IN
   PROXIMITY TO A SURFACE LOW AND WARM FRONT. THUNDERSTORMS WILL
   DEVELOP SOUTH ALONG THE COLD FRONT/PRE-FRONTAL TROUGH ACROSS
   NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND MOVE INTO NORTHWEST ARKANSAS THIS EVENING.
   LARGE HAIL AND LOCALLY DAMAGING WINDS WILL BE THE PRIMARY HAZARDS.
