THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF THE MISSOURI
OZARKS AND EXTREME SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED...

LIMITED TORNADO RISK.
ELEVATED HAIL RISK.
ELEVATED THUNDERSTORM WIND DAMAGE RISK.
SIGNIFICANT LIGHTNING RISK.

DISCUSSION...

A FEW THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND INTO
TONIGHT. LOCATIONS ALONG AND NORTH OF INTERSTATE 44 WILL
EXPERIENCE THE BEST CHANCES FOR STORMS. A FEW OF THESE STORMS
COULD BE STRONG TO SEVERE...CONTAINING LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING
WIND GUSTS. A COUPLE TORNADOES CAN NOT BE RULED OUT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

STORMS CHANCES WILL AGAIN INCREASE SUNDAY EVENING INTO SUNDAY
NIGHT.

AN EPISODE OF STRONG TO SEVERE STORMS ARE EXPECTED FROM MONDAY
THROUGH MONDAY NIGHT...AS A COLD FRONT APPROACHES FROM THE WEST.
THESE STORMS WILL BE WIDESPREAD IN NATURE...AND CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WIND GUSTS. THERE WILL ALSO BE
A LIMITED RISK FOR FLASH FLOODING.
