ELEVATED FROST RISK.

DISCUSSION...

AREAS OF FROST ARE EXPECTED TONIGHT AS TEMPERATURES FALL INTO
THE LOW TO MID 30S.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED WEDNESDAY
AFTERNOON ACROSS EXTREME SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS AS WELL AS CENTRAL
AND SOUTHWESTERN MISSOURI. AN INCREASE IN SOUTHWEST WINDS ALONG
WITH THE PRESENCE OF A DRY AIR MASS COULD LEAD TO A RAPID
SPREAD OF NATURAL COVER FIRES SHOULD THEY OCCUR.

SOUTHWEST WIND GUSTS OF AROUND 30 MPH ARE POSSIBLE THURSDAY
AFTERNOON.

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE FRIDAY AS A FRONT STALLS
OVER SOUTHERN MISSOURI.

THUNDERSTORMS ARE ONCE AGAIN EXPECTED SUNDAY INTO SUNDAY NIGHT.

FREEZING NIGHTTIME TEMPERATURES WILL BE POSSIBLE MONDAY NIGHT.
