ELEVATED TO LOCALLY SIGNIFICANT FIRE WEATHER RISK.

DISCUSSION...

ELEVATED TO LOCALLY SIGNIFICANT FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL
CONTINUE TO IMPACT PORTIONS OF THE MISSOURI OZARKS AND EXTREME
SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS THIS AFTERNOON GENERALLY ALONG AND SOUTH OF
THE INTERSTATE 44 CORRIDOR. THIS IS DUE TO A VERY WARM AND DRY
AIRMASS OVER THE REGION ALONG WITH MODERATE WINDS. WINDS WILL
WEAKEN FROM NORTH TO SOUTH THIS AFTERNOON.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

WIND CHILL READINGS IN THE SINGLE DIGITS WILL BE POSSIBLE
DURING THE MIDDLE AND LATER PART OF NEXT WEEK.
