OZARKS AND EXTREME SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED...

LIMITED EXCESSIVE COLD RISK.
LIMITED SNOW AND OR SLEET RISK.

DISCUSSION...

LIGHT SNOW OR FLURRIES WILL SPREAD SOUTH INTO THE AREA THIS
EVENING. A LIGHT DUSTING OF SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE MAINLY ACROSS
CENTRAL MISSOURI WITH LITTLE TO NO ACCUMULATION EXPECTED
ELSEWHERE.

WIND CHILL READINGS OF 5 BELOW TO 5 ABOVE ZERO WILL OCCUR TONIGHT
INTO WEDNESDAY MORNING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.


WIND CHILL VALUES IN THE SINGLE DIGITS ARE POSSIBLE ON A NIGHTLY
BASES INTO THIS WEEKEND.

A STORM SYSTEM WILL IMPACT THE REGION ON FRIDAY AND WILL BRING
SOME LIGHT SNOW TO THE AREA. SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF UP TO TWO
INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THE HIGHEST AMOUNTS EXPECTED ACROSS
CENTRAL MISSOURI WITH AMOUNTS DECREASING TO THE SOUTH.

ANOTHER SYSTEM WILL TRACK THROUGH THE REGION LATE THIS WEEKEND
AND COULD BRING ADDITIONAL WINTRY WEATHER TO THE AREA. THERE
ARE...HOWEVER...UNCERTAINTIES WITH THE DETAILS OF THIS SYSTEM.
