WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED...

LIMITED EXCESSIVE COLD RISK.
LIMITED SNOW RISK.

DISCUSSION...

LIGHT SNOW WILL BEGIN TO DEVELOP WEST OF HIGHWAY 65 BY EARLY
TUESDAY MORNING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.

A POTENTIALLY SIGNIFICANT WINTER STORM WILL IMPACT THE REGION
FROM EARLY TUESDAY MORNING THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT.

AREAS ALONG AND NORTH OF A GIRARD KANSAS TO VERSAILLES LINE WILL
SEE BETWEEN 5 TO 8 INCHES OF SNOW. AREAS SOUTH OF THIS LINE CAN
EXPECT ACCUMULATIONS BETWEEN 1 TO 5 INCHES OF SNOW. IN
ADDITION... FAR SOUTHERN AND SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI COULD SEE A
CHANGE OVER TO LIGHT FREEZING DRIZZLE LATE TUESDAY AFTERNOON AS
DRIER AIR ALOFT MOVES INTO THE REGION.

COLD WEATHER WILL OCCUR DURING THE UPCOMING WEEK. THE COLDEST
TEMPERATURES WILL OCCUR TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT
WITH WIND CHILLS FALLING BELOW ZERO AT TIMES.

ANOTHER STORM SYSTEM MAY BRING ACCUMULATING SNOW AGAIN LATE
IN THE WEEK PRIMARILY FRIDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.
