OZARKS AND EXTREME SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED...

LIMITED EXCESSIVE COLD RISK.
LIMITED SNOW RISK.

DISCUSSION...

A STRONG CANADIAN COLD FRONT WILL SINK SOUTHWARD THROUGH THE AREA
TODAY. THIS WILL BRING MUCH COLDER WEATHER TO THE AREA THROUGH
TONIGHT. A WEAK UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL BRING A DUSTING OF
SNOW TO THE AREA TONIGHT WITH ACCUMULATIONS UP TO THREE QUARTERS
OF AN INCH POSSIBLE OVER CENTRAL MISSOURI.

WIND CHILL READINGS NEAR ZERO ARE LIKELY LATER TONIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

WIND CHILL READINGS NEAR ZERO ARE EXPECTED EARLY WEDNESDAY
MORNING. SLIGHTLY WARMER BUT STILL WELL BELOW NORMAL READINGS
ARE ON TAP INTO THIS WEEKEND. WIND CHILL VALUES IN THE SINGLE
DIGITS ARE FORECAST THROUGH THIS WEEKEND.

A STORM SYSTEM WILL IMPACT THE REGION LATE THURSDAY NIGHT INTO
FRIDAY AND WILL BRING SOME LIGHT SNOW TO THE AREA.

ANOTHER SYSTEM WILL TRACK THROUGH THE REGION LATE THIS WEEKEND
AND COULD BRING ADDITIONAL WINTRY WEATHER TO THE AREA. THERE
ARE HOWEVER...UNCERTAINTIES WITH THE DETAILS OF THIS SYSTEM.
