A WIND CHILL WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST MONDAY.

* TIMING AND AREAS AFFECTED...THE WIND CHILL WARNING IS IN EFFECT
FROM THIS EVENING THROUGH MONDAY MORNING FOR ALL OF THE MISSOURI
OZARKS.

* WIND CHILL VALUES...WIND CHILL VALUES WILL FALL INTO THE MINUS
20 TO MINUS 30 RANGE BY DAYBREAK.

* IMPACTS...DANGEROUSLY COLD CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST EARLY THIS
WEEK. THOSE OUTDOORS WITHOUT SUFFICIENT PROTECTION WILL RUN A
HIGH RISK FOR FROST BITE OR HYPOTHERMIA.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL WARNING MEANS THE COMBINATION OF VERY COLD AIR AND
STRONG WINDS WILL CREATE DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND CHILL VALUES. THIS
WILL RESULT IN FROST BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA OR DEATH IF
PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.

PETS ARE ALSO SUSPECT TO THE EXTREME COLD. KEEP PETS INDOORS AS
MUCH AS POSSIBLE. IF THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE...MAKE SURE OUTDOOR
PETS HAVE WARM DRY SHELTER. PROVIDE SUFFICIENT FOOD AND FRESH
