* SHORT TERM TRENDS...WIND CHILL VALUES WILL REMAIN IN THE MINUS
15 TO MINUS 25 RANGE AS TEMPERATURES FROM 5 ABOVE TO 5 BELOW
WERE REPORTED AT MID DAY. WINDS WERE GUSTING UP TO 25 MPH AND
WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THIS EVENING. TODAYS HIGHS ARE ONLY
EXPECTED TO REACH FROM ZERO TO 10 ABOVE.

* TIMING AND AREAS AFFECTED...FOR EXTREME SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS AND
ALL OF THE MISSOURI OZARKS. ADVISORY CONDITIONS WILL OCCUR
THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING.

* WIND CHILL VALUES...WIND CHILL VALUES IN THE MINUS 10 TO MINUS
25 RANGE CAN BE EXPECTED AT TIMES THIS AFTERNOON INTO TUESDAY
MORNING.

* IMPACTS...DANGEROUSLY COLD CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST EARLY THIS
WEEK. THOSE OUTDOORS WITHOUT SUFFICIENT PROTECTION WILL RUN A
HIGH RISK FOR FROST BITE OR HYPOTHERMIA.
