THE OZARK PLATEAU. SUSTAINED WINDS OF 30 MPH...WITH GUSTS TO 40
MPH...CAN BE EXPECTED.

* TIMING AND AREAS AFFECTED...SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS AND THE MISSOURI
OZARKS...SOUTH OF I-44...THROUGH SUNRISE.

* WINDS...SUSTAINED NORTHERLY WINDS OF 25 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 40
MPH.

* IMPACTS...STRONG NORTH WINDS WILL CAUSE TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES...
ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES ALONG EAST TO WEST
