WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED...

SIGNIFICANT EXCESSIVE COLD RISK.

DISCUSSION...

THE BITTERLY COLD ARCTIC AIRMASS THAT OVERSPREAD THE REGION
LAST NIGHT WILL REMAIN OVER THE AREA TODAY AND INTO TUESDAY
MORNING.

HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL STRUGGLE TO RISE MUCH ABOVE ZERO THIS
AFTERNOON WITH WIND CHILLS REMAINING IN THE 10 TO 25 DEGREES
BELOW ZERO RANGE.

TONIGHT...OVERNIGHT LOWS WILL DROP BELOW ZERO AGAIN TUESDAY
MORNING ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA. DANGEROUSLY COLD WIND CHILLS OF
10 TO 20 DEGREES BELOW ZERO WILL CONTINUE TO OCCUR AT TIMES
THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.

DANGEROUSLY COLD WIND CHILLS OF 10 TO 20 DEGREES BELOW ZERO
WILL CONTINUE TO OCCUR AT TIMES TUESDAY MORNING.

MORE WINTRY PRECIPITATION WILL THEN BE POSSIBLE AROUND THE
MIDDLE OF THE WEEK.
