DISCUSSION...

EARLY MORNING WIND CHILLS WILL RANGE FROM 10 BELOW TO 25 BELOW
ZERO. CONDITIONS SHOULD IMPROVE BY MID TO LATE MORNING WITH
TEMPERATURES WARMING THIS AFTERNOON INTO THE UPPER 20S TO LOW 30S.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

MORE WINTRY PRECIPITATION WILL THEN BE POSSIBLE ON WEDNESDAY
WITH A MIX OF SLEET AND SNOW POSSIBLE LATE WEDNESDAY INTO
WEDNESDAY EVENING...THEN SOME FREEZING DRIZZLE LATE WEDNESDAY
NIGHT INTO EARLY THURSDAY MORNING.

ANOTHER STORM SYSTEM WILL BRING WIDESPREAD RAIN THE REGION
THURSDAY NIGHT AND FRIDAY. IN ADDITION...RAIN FALLING ON
SATURATED SOIL MAY RESULT IN MINOR FLOODING.
