SIGNIFICANT EXCESSIVE COLD RISK.

DISCUSSION...

THE BITTERLY COLD ARCTIC AIRMASS THAT HAS OVERSPREAD THE REGION
OVERNIGHT WILL REMAIN OVER THE AREA TODAY AND INTO TUESDAY
MORNING.

LOWS WILL CONTINUE TO DROP INTO THE ZERO TO MINUS 12 RANGE THIS
MORNING...WITH THE COLDEST READINGS ACROSS CENTRAL MISSOURI.
DANGEROUSLY COLD WIND CHILLS OF 15 TO 30 DEGREES BELOW ZERO WILL
OCCUR AT TIMES THIS MORNING.

HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL STRUGGLE TO RISE ABOVE ZERO
THIS AFTERNOON...WHILE OVERNIGHT LOWS DROP BELOW ZERO AGAIN
TONIGHT INTO TUESDAY MORNING ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA.
DANGEROUSLY COLD WIND CHILLS OF 10 TO 20 DEGREES BELOW ZERO WILL
CONTINUE TO OCCUR AT TIMES THIS AFTERNOON INTO TUESDAY MORNING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.

DANGEROUSLY COLD WIND CHILLS OF 10 TO 20 DEGREES BELOW ZERO WILL
CONTINUE TO OCCUR AT TIMES TUESDAY MORNING.
