NORTHERLY WINDS OF 20 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 30 TO 35 MPH WILL
CONTINUE EARLY THIS MORNING. WINDS WILL SLOWLY DECREASE THROUGH
THE DAY TODAY...BUT REMAIN BREEZY FROM THE NORTH.

WIND CHILL VALUES BETWEEN 0 AND -10 DEGREES CAN BE EXPECTED BOTH
THIS MORNING AND AGAIN TONIGHT AND EARLY TUESDAY MORNING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.

WIND CHILLS BELOW ZERO CAN BE EXPECTED AT TIMES TUESDAY AND
TUESDAY NIGHT.
