LIMITED EXCESSIVE COLD RISK.

DISCUSSION...

A COLDER AIRMASS WILL MOVE INTO THE REGION TONIGHT. WIND CHILL
VALUES WILL RANGE FROM AROUND 5 DEGREES BELOW ZERO ACROSS
PORTIONS OF EXTREME SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS AND WEST CENTRAL
MISSOURI TO AROUND 10 DEGREES ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI.

FLOODING IS ONGOING OVER SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI...AND WILL
LIKELY CONTINUE INTO SUNDAY MORNING IN THIS REGION.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.

WIND CHILL VALUES BETWEEN FIVE DEGREES BELOW ZERO AND TEN
DEGREES ARE EXPECTED MONDAY AND TUESDAY.
