OZARKS AND EXTREME SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED...

LIMITED FLOODING RISK.
ELEVATED ICE ACCUMULATION RISK.
ELEVATED SNOW RISK

DISCUSSION...

ADDITIONAL LIGHT FREEZING RAIN WILL OCCUR OVER THE OSAGE PLAINS
THIS AFTERNOON. ONLY MINOR ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED THROUGH
TODAY.

FLOODING IS ONGOING OVER SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI. ADDITIONAL
RAINFALL RANGING FROM ONE HALF OF AN INCH TO AN INCH AND A HALF
IS EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT OVER SOUTH CENTRAL
MISSOURI. FLOODING IS LIKELY TO CONTINUE INTO SUNDAY IN THIS
REGION.

LIGHT SNOW IS POSSIBLE TONIGHT OVER AREAS ROUGHLY ALONG AND
NORTH OF A LINE FROM PITTSBURG KANSAS TO LAKE OF THE OZARKS.
SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WILL RANGE FROM A TRACE TO TWO INCHES.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

BEHIND THIS STORM SYSTEM...A MUCH COLDER AIR MASS WILL FILTER
INTO THE OUTLOOK AREA. WIND CHILLS IN THE SINGLE DIGITS TO
LOWER TEENS ARE EXPECTED EARLY NEXT WEEK.
