OZARKS AND EXTREME SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED...

LIMITED ICE ACCUMULATION RISK.
ELEVATED SNOW AND SLEET RISK.

DISCUSSION...

PATCHY AREAS OF LIGHT FREEZING RAIN WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE
EASTERN OZARKS ALONG AND EAST OF THE HIGHWAY 63 CORRIDOR THROUGH
LATE AFTERNOON.

THE PRECIPITATION WILL TRANSITION TO SLEET AND SNOW TONIGHT.
SNOW ACCUMULATIONS TONIGHT WILL RANGE FROM TWO TO SIX INCHES
WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS.

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT THROUGH SATURDAY
MORNING FOR THE ENTIRE OUTLOOK AREA.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL IMPACT MUCH OF THE OUTLOOK AREA SATURDAY
MORNING.

COLD MORNING TEMPERATURES WILL RETURN AGAIN SATURDAY AND SUNDAY
WITH SOME AREAS SEEING WIND CHILL VALUES NEAR 10 DEGREES.
