THE REST OF TODAY FOR ARES OVER THE OSAGE PLAINS.

* WINDS...SUSTAINED WINDS AROUND 30 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS ARE
FORECASTED.

* IMPACTS...HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES TRAVELING ALONG EAST TO WEST
HIGHWAYS WILL BE IMPACTED BY THESE STRONG WINDS. ALSO...BOATERS
ON STOCKTON LAKE WILL LIKELY EXPERIENCE HIGH WAVE
