WILL FORCE MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE REGION. THROUGH 4
AM...THE HEAVIEST AMOUNTS WILL FALL ROUGHLY ALONG A LINE FROM
GIRARD KANSAS TO VERSAILLES MISSOURI. RAINFALL AMOUNTS THROUGH 4
AM WILL RANGE FROM A TRACE TO ONE HALF OF AN INCH. A FEW LIGHTNING
STRIKES ARE ALSO POSSIBLE WITH THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL.
