OZARKS AND EXTREME SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED...

LIMITED THUNDERSTORM WIND DAMAGE RISK.
ELEVATED LIGHTNING RISK.

DISCUSSION...

A BROKEN LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE ACROSS EXTREME
SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS AND WESTERN MISSOURI OVERNIGHT. THE MAIN
HAZARDS WITH THESE STORMS WILL BE OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND
LIGHTNING AND BRIEF HEAVY DOWNPOURS. A FEW STORMS MAY ALSO
PRODUCE WIND GUSTS TO 50 MPH...SMALL HAIL...AND FREQUENT
LIGHTNING STRIKES.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE ON SATURDAY MORNING
INTO THE EARLY AFTERNOON HOURS ACROSS MUCH OF THE MISSOURI
OZARKS. LATER SATURDAY AFTERNOON...MORE WIDESPREAD
THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY WILL BE POSSIBLE EAST OF THE U.S. 63
CORRIDOR DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS. A FEW STRONGER STORMS
WILL BE POSSIBLE...BUT WIDESPREAD SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT
ANTICIPATED.
