OZARKS AND EXTREME SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED...

LIMITED HAIL RISK.
ELEVATED THUNDERSTORM WIND DAMAGE RISK.
SIGNIFICANT LIGHTNING RISK.
LIMITED NON THUNDERSTORM WIND RISK.

DISCUSSION...

NON THUNDERSTORM WIND GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER
SOUTHEAST KANSAS AND WESTERN MISSOURI TODAY.

A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL BRING A CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS LATE
TONIGHT AND INTO SATURDAY. A LINE OF STORMS WILL BRING THE THREAT
FOR DAMAGING WIND GUSTS AND MARGINAL SEVERE HAIL LATE TONIGHT OVER
SOUTHEAST KANSAS AND EXTREME WESTERN MISSOURI.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

SOME STRONGER STORMS MAY REDEVELOP BY SATURDAY AFTERNOON OVER THE
EASTERN SECTIONS OF THE OUTLOOK AREA. THE MAIN POTENTIAL STORM
HAZARD WILL BE STRONG STRAIGHT LINE WINDS.
