OZARKS AND EXTREME SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED...

LIMITED TORNADO RISK.
LIMITED HAIL RISK.
ELEVATED THUNDERSTORM WIND DAMAGE RISK.
LIMITED FLOODING RISK.
LIMITED LIGHTNING RISK.
LIMITED NON THUNDERSTORM WIND RISK.

DISCUSSION...

FOR THE REST OF THIS AFTERNOON...THERE IS A CONDITIONAL THREAT
FOR A FEW STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS PORTIONS OF
SOUTHERN MISSOURI AND THE EASTERN OZARKS...IF ENOUGH INSTABILITY
CAN DEVELOP. THE PRIMARY THREAT WITH ANY STRONG OR SEVERE STORMS
WILL BE STRONG WIND GUSTS...BUT THERE IS ALSO A LIMITED THREAT
FOR HAIL. IN ADDITION...WHILE A VERY LIMITED THREAT...A BRIEF
TORNADO CAN NOT BE RULED OUT WITH ANY SEVERE STORMS.

IN ADDITION TO THE THUNDERSTORM POTENTIAL...NON THUNDERSTORM
WINDS MAY GUST TO ABOVE 30 MPH DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

ADDITIONAL CHANCES FOR THUNDERSTORMS WILL OCCUR DURING THE
EARLY AND MIDDLE PORTIONS OF THE NEXT WORK WEEK.
