THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF THE MISSOURI
OZARKS AND EXTREME SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED...

LIMITED HAIL RISK.
LIMITED THUNDERSTORM WIND DAMAGE RISK.
SIGNIFICANT LIGHTNING RISK.

DISCUSSION...

A BROKEN LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP ALONG
AND JUST BEHIND A COLD FRONT THAT WILL MOVE INTO THE REGION.
THIS ACTIVITY WILL BEGIN TO MOVE INTO PORTIONS OF EXTREME
SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS AFTER 11 PM...AND STEADILY MOVE EASTWARD
INTO THE MISSOURI OZARKS DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. A FEW
STRONG STORMS REMAIN POSSIBLE...WITH LOCALIZED WIND GUSTS TO 50
MPH THE PRIMARY RISK.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE ON SATURDAY MORNING INTO
THE EARLY AFTERNOON HOURS ACROSS MUCH OF THE MISSOURI OZARKS.
LATER SATURDAY AFTERNOON...MORE WIDESPREAD THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY
WILL BE POSSIBLE EAST OF THE U.S. 63 CORRIDOR DURING THE
AFTERNOON HOURS. A FEW STRONGER STORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE...BUT
WIDESPREAD SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT ANTICIPATED.

SPOTTER ACTIVATION MAY BE NEEDED BETWEEN 11 PM AND 2 AM ACROSS
PORTIONS OF EXTREME SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS AND PORTIONS OF WEST
