OZARKS AND EXTREME SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED...

SIGNIFICANT FOG RISK.

DISCUSSION...

AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL OCCUR THROUGH 9 AM...MAINLY IN HIGHER
TERRAIN OF THE MISSOURI OZARKS SOUTH AND EAST OF A LINE FROM ROLLA
TO SPRINGFIELD TO CASSVILLE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE AT TIMES WEDNESDAY AND
THURSDAY WITH A WEAK UPPER LEVEL LOW MOVING ACROSS THE AREA.
SEVERE STORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED.

A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL BRING A CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS LATE
FRIDAY INTO SATURDAY ACROSS THE AREA. SOME STRONG TO SEVERE STORMS
ARE POSSIBLE ALONG THE FRONT FRIDAY EVENING OVER SOUTHEAST KANSAS
AND WESTERN MISSOURI WITH DAMAGING WINDS THE MAIN POTENTIAL
HAZARD.
