THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF THE MISSOURI
OZARKS AND EXTREME SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY.

AFTERNOON HEAT INDICES IN THE MIDDLE 90S WILL AGAIN BE
POSSIBLE THURSDAY ACROSS PORTIONS OF EXTREME SOUTHEASTERN
KANSAS AND WEST CENTRAL MISSOURI. SOUTHWESTERLY WIND GUSTS
AROUND 30 MPH ARE EXPECTED OVER THESE SAME AREAS.

SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED FROM LATER
THURSDAY MORNING INTO EARLY THURSDAY EVENING...PRIMARILY ALONG
AND SOUTH OF THE INTERSTATE 44 CORRIDOR. CLOUD TO GROUND
LIGHTNING WILL BE THE PRIMARY HAZARD WITH THIS ACTIVITY.

WIDESPREAD SHOWERS WITH SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS WILL
THEN OVERSPREAD THE OUTLOOK AREA FROM THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY
AS A COLD FRONT MOVES ACROSS THE REGION. NO ORGANIZED SEVERE
WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME. HOWEVER...A FEW STORMS MAY
PRODUCE WIND GUSTS TO 45 MPH...FREQUENT LIGHTNING...AND HEAVY
DOWNPOURS.
