CONTINUE TO DEVELOP AND MOVE EASTWARD ABOUT 40 MPH. THE STRONGEST
STORMS HAVE CONTINUOUS CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING ALONG WITH
TORRENTIAL AND BLINDING DOWNPOURS. RAINFALL RATES EXCEED ONE INCH
PER HOUR IN THE HEAVIEST DOWNPOURS. WIND GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH CAN BE
EXPECTED AND SMALL HAIL UP TO THE SIZE OF DIMES. TRAINING OF
STORMS WILL LIKELY LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING IN LOW LYING AREAS.
